Clients are responsible for proofreading and approving the final artwork. We are not responsible for typos, non-matching colors, or overlooked errors. Please be mindful that once the product is completed, no more changes can be made. The customer is fully responsible for approving the final proof and layout before we begin printing.
Monkey in a Dryer Screen Printing is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: misspelling, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, or finished product size. We seek customer approval before making any changes to the files. Artwork charges apply if artwork is not screen print ready. Any necessary adjustments are subject to a minimum charge of $25.00 for typesetting. Therefore, if the client approves any type of work (verbal, written, or by email) and the job has been turned in, the sale is final. Returns are not valid if the client changes his or her mind. For that reason, the product must be paid in full. Credit card sales are processed at the time of sale and not after delivery.
If a dispute occurs and legal action is necessary, the customer waives the right to mediation and Monkey in a Dryer shall seek resolution through the courts. Because each printed piece is customized and the customer approves the artwork before we begin printing, all sales are final.
All pre-press works, including but not limited to screens, artwork, films, and embroidery files, are the sole property of Monkey in a Dryer Screen Printing. The design is the property of the designer and cannot be reproduced in any way without the written permission of the owner. The screen charge is for rental of the screen for the print job. It does not mean you purchased a screen.
